毎月第2土曜日は日本語で、第4土曜日は英語で例会を行います。
2時間全てテーブルトピック（即興スピーチ）を行います！
We conduct the meeting in Japanese on the 2nd Saturday and in English on the 4th Saturday. We answer Table Topics Questions for 2 hours!

☆開会挨拶 / Opening Remarks☆
会長の挨拶で例会が始まります！
The club president calls the meeting to order!

☆発想力トレーニング/ Imagination Training☆
まずは、ウォーミングアップ！
与えられたお題について5題から10題くらい、夫々が音声をミュートにして10秒から1分程度のスピーチを試みます。
Starting with warming up session. Everyone will mute and try to make short speeches
from 10 seconds to 1 minutes to answer 5 to 10 topics. 

☆ブレークアウトルームセッション / Breakout Room Session☆
２～3人のグループに分かれて、テーブルトピックスを行います。
先ほどの発想力トレーニングでのお題を参考に、問題を出し合って一人づつスピーチを行い、それに対して
他のメンバーがフィードバックを行います。
By Dividing into groups of 2-3 people and do table topics.
Using the theme from the previous imagination training session as a reference,
each person give a speech, and Other members give feedback.
 
☆テーブルトピックス  / Table Topics Session☆
いよいよここからが本番です。
ここまでのトレーニングを生かしながら、全員の前でテーブルトピックススピーチを行います。
ここでも、一人4分の持ち時間が与えられ、前半の2分30秒以内でスピーチを行い、残りの時間で
他のメンバーからフィードバックを受けます。
最後にベストスピーカーの投票を行います！
Now it's time for the main session.
Capitalizeing what you have learned so far, give a table topics speech in front of everyone.
Each person will be given 4 minutes to give a speech within 2 minutes and 30 seconds
in the first half and get feedbacks from other members for the rest of the time.
Finally, voting for the best speaker!
